The hotel is easy reachable using the public transport. From the central train station, you can use either the S-bahn or U-bahn (Underground Metro) to reach the Neuperlach Süd station. From the Neuperlach Süd Station the hotel can be reached by foot

assuming that you mean 7 AM, unfortunately we can't offer a check-in that early, since we don't have a 24-hour-reception. At that time, the rooms are not yet prepared for a new check-in. You can, however, always leave your luggage with us
